In the grid view, the user who is tagged with the @ sign in the comment gets an email with the comment. The user can respond to the comment directly by replying to the email. The response will be added to the existing comment as a conversation on the sheet automatically.
This reply to a comment directly via email does not work with the table view. When the user replies to the email, the message does not get added to the existing comment as a conversation.
Can we request reply to a comment directly via email to work with the table view, please? It will help streamline our workflow significantly. Thanks.
