Is it possible to grant access to a folder without granting access to the whole workspace?
Im hoping someone can help me out, I am fairly new to SmartSheets. In my organization, we have created a Workspace called PMO - Projects. This workspace has a folder for each department and within each department there is a folder for each project we are running specifically for that department. We have configure this to make it easier to manage out project portfolio.
I would like to grant access to specific team members to a specific project and not the entire workspace called PMO - Projects.
I know I can share a sheet within a workspace but if I have multiple sheets in a folder. I would like to have the ability to share all the sheets that is in that folder instead of having to share each individual sheet. (see screenshot for more details)
Is this possible?

Unfortunately, folders cannot be shared at the moment but you can submit an enhancement request for this functionality here so it can be considered by our development team for future implementations.

Although you can't share the folders, you can share the individual files inside a folder within a workspace without sharing the entire workspace. It's a little more work, but it can give limited access to files in a workspace.

Not sure how this is not a priority.... If I handle 1 Customer, but they have several projects, I do not want to create several Workspaces for each project. I want to create 1 Workspace and several Project folders - and give access to the Folder level
