Populating a sheet from a Webform

Is there any capabilities regarding populating multiple lines of a sheet from a web form? My company uses Smartsheet as an AP tool where vendors submit there invoices through the web form I created. My company has over 150 sites nationwide and over 300 globally, so some vendors we have are global as well and invoice 50-100 invoices at once. This is seeming like a long and tedious task when you can only submit one invoice at a time using the web form. We are trying to centralize the process globally, without giving the vendor visibility to the sheet that has every vendors invoices on it. I know you can import excel sheets as a user. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Do you only need the invoice and to know who submitted it or do you need some specific fields to be filled also?
