PMO Template Sharing

Hello all,

 

We have been using SmartSheet mostly for data tracking on requests and proposals.  However, our current project management system falls well short of our needs.

 

I am in the process of setting up a Project Management workspace that will include the templates for the various documents needed for the project delivery.

 

So far I have

Project Plan

Budget

Task Management

Time Tracking

 

I am still looking for

Issues and Risk Log

Meeting Minutes

Project Summary (a linked sheet that rolls up data from the other sheets - schedule health, budget health, etc)

 

Does anyone have any templates for these that they would be willing to share?

 

Next would be an Executive dashboard that views all of the projects in the portfolio.....

 

If anyone would be so kind as to share, the favor would be returned in kind.

Hi Nicci,

we are more or less going the same direction.

 

We base our templates on PMBOK standards and fit them to our need. My Company is not yet ready for a full featured PMO ;-)

For MoM, we now use a slightly modified version of Smartsheets own "Meeting Follow Up" template, because in the end focus is usually about action points from the meeting.

 

Regarding the executive dashboard...

We now start to setup templates using more cell linking and automated reporting. As of this weekend with the brand new option to use Gantt charts and calendars in reports too. Thank your for this Smartsheet!
