Email Function Not Working

Hello Group--
Noob here. We created a form where once it is submitted, an email notification is supposed to be mailed to two recipients.
Everything works as expected, except the recipients are not receiving their emails. Troubleshooting includes having a copy of my form entries sent to me = works. Intended recipients checking junk folders = not in junk. Entries logged in Smartsheet = check. Tried adding recipient emails to Smartsheet address book first and selecting them = negative impact.
Again, everything else works but the email. Any ideas on what we can look for?

Found the problem. The little gear icon when editing the alerts and actions was set to Users shared to this sheet instead of Any email address.
