I want to add a fixed header that displays above rows on my sheet. I see this is available when printing the sheet, but I need to add instructions and clarification to the published sheet that is viewable by collaborators.
Sadly, this is not an option in Smartsheet. You can't freeze rows like you can in Excel or Google Sheets.

Hello, I am not sure i understand what the scheduler means in the data shuttle I have set up. Does the below mean that my scheduler will run every hour from 5 am to 8 pm each day? I need it to update often but not sure if this will do it or not. Thank you to those that are smarter than me :-)
