Docusign Integration Requirements

Hello all!

I am building an app using Smart Sheets and will need to integrate it with Docusign. I am not able to find which version of Docusign to purchase. I've downloaded a free trial to test but when I attempt to login it, I don't get connected.

Can anyone address my question or point me in the right direction?

Where are you when it won't connect? What error message do you get?

Hi Mike,

Note that you'll need DocuSign Business Pro if you want to auto-populate cells that reside in Smartsheet into DocuSign. Once your free trial of DocuSign runs out, you'll need Business Pro for this functionality.

On the Smartsheet Labs sign in page for Docusign- cannot seem to login. It keeps on saying Authentication failed- tried my email and the API username.

I can log into Docusign no problem on their site.
