30 60 90 Initiative sheet

Does anyone have a good/great template/report or dashboard already created that you are willing to share.

I am new to smartsheet and have ideas....but limited time to put something together.

It is for and acquisition project. Currently have a WBS by functional area...need to quickly strip strip key tasks & milestones out and lay out into a 30 60 90 day view.
