Anybody out there had better experience trying to get the Skype for Business chat integration working in Card View? It looks like you have to go to the Contact Column in Grid View for it to work best?
Hello,
I've had a similar experience whether in Grid, Gantt, or Card view.
The key is to make sure that you add your Contact list column as a viewable field on your cards by clicking on the gear icon in the upper-right corner. (You'll see this icon when switching to Card view.)

If you're getting a different experience, then please reach out to our Support team to troubleshoot further.
Thanks, Shaine!
