Smartsheet labs connector to DocuSign not working
Smartsheet labs connector to DocuSign:
I enter my DocuSign user name (the email address associated with my docuSign account) and DocuSign password on the smartsheet labs connector to DocuSign page. Smartsheet labs error message says Authentication Failed. My user name or password is incorrect. I assure you, I have entered my DocuSign credentials correctly.
Has anyone had this problem?
Direct login to my DocuSign account via DocuSign's log in page works fine. I also spoke with DocuSign, They confirmed that my account is fine (no blocks or locks on it).
I have had numerous DocuSign trial accounts (using a number of gmail addresses) before getting my current paid subscription. Could it be that Smartsheet labs has a maximum number of DocuSign connectors?
I have reached out to Smartsheet via a case log. Just wanted to see if anyone out there has gone through this.
