Hi,

I was wondering if someone would be able to point me in the right direction as to how you can create a dashboard calendar that can be displayed for everyone who has access to see. This would be used for project management and to track tasks and their completion dates.

Kind regards,

Sync

    Hi "Sync"

We can help you set this up as a Dashboard or what might be even better, some user views to the individuals to have their own To Do Lists in order of priority or Dates or Status, which they can view in a Calendar, as a List or even CardView, whichever is the easiest for them to get the work done?

We offer a free initial consultation by Screen share if you would like to discuss and have colleagues who work in all time zones, wherever you are?

The justification for some budget for this work is normally that you get what you really want with Experienced advice and Best Practice which is faster & cheaper than self exploration and will win the backing of colleagues first time., which is very important when implementing new solutions.

Hope that Helps? Let me know when you are free to discuss?

  • Richard, I may be interested in your service. I am trying to get my projects set-up in summary reports so I can create a Client Dashboard with the following Widgets: (a) Alert and Past Due Tasks, (b) Tasks Due In 30 days and (c) Summary of All Tasks. I need to pull in the headers for each group of tasks and the tasks are coming from 6 different Project Sheets. I've tried using Cell Conditions to feed the logic for each report but can't get it to do what I need. Seems if I could toggle the 'and' and 'or' logic independently it would be easy but they say that is not possible. They have sent me info on functions but I am not really sure the best way to structure these and can't afford several days time to blindly move up the learning curve. How can you help me?
