New users - unable to submit new tasks

Hello,
We are currently setting up some new users on our Smartsheet user list, however I am struggling to work out how to allow them access to submit tasks to our sheet. I've shared the sheet and they have the "web form" screen but their name isn't appearing on the dropdown as a submitter.
Please could someone tell me where I'm going wrong?! I'm probably being blind but just cant figure it out! I'm not the owner of the sheet so not sure if this is what is wrong?

You will have to edit the column properties and add them to the dropdown field. Or... If you change it to a Contact type column in which case you wouldn't have to add new users individually.
