I am creating a Gantt chart to organize a project that includes various subtasks. It would be great to have the ability to click on an umbrella/main task and have a checklist popup where assignees of the task can see exactly what they need to do. I am a little confused by the "predecessors" column in the Gantt chart. Thanks!
Have you tried using indenting to create hierarchies? It almost sounds like this is what you're talking about. See below.

I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
