Project Management, If then Statements

Hi,

I was wondering about Project Management using Smartsheet.

I am trying to create a project where there are many options or collateral pieces that key stakeholders can request from our marketing team based upon the amount of ROI projected and what they rank. E.G. Gold= anticipated $$$ Silver = $$ and Copper = $

If they have a Silver item, but want to add an item from the Gold package how would I set that up?

I've put an image below for reference.

In the image, if they say yes to activity 3 in the planning process, then it jumps down to execution, phase 1, activity 3.

I want this to happen so that all of the collateral will be made before an overarching due date for the project.

Hi KYi,

There currently isn't a way to have rows automatically move in the Grid or Gantt views (based on a formula or otherwise).

One thing that you might consider is creating a Dropdown list column in your sheet with your rankings, then create a formula that sets the ranking based on conditions with a nested IF statement. More on IF here: https://help.smartsheet.com/function/if
