Photo option in form

OK I am a newbie...I tried reading info on forms and options.  I want my students to fill out info onto a form on my website.  I would love to have them include a faceshot picture to be able to promote their progress in training...etc.

A simple option that is already created when I filled out my profile is all that is needed to add it to the form and them add the picture to the row. Is anyone doing this?  Thanks.

Hi Tom,

You can attach a file, photo or similar to the form and then you can take that photo and put in a cell in the sheet or leave it as an attachment on the row.

Will the person filled ng out the form be able to attach the photo?

Yes, but you have to add the attachment section in the form builder for it to work.
