Single-Use Web Form

Maybe I'm missing something here that already exists, but we want the ability for single-use web forms.

For example:  I want to conduct a 360-Feedback survey with some of my team members.  I send the web form to 30 employees.  A week later, I ask around to see who has completed the survey and only 20 people say they've responded, but yet, I have 22 entries on my sheet.  (Because the survey / feedback was Anonymous, I am unsure who filled out the form more than once.) 

Is there a way to make it so that, once a person fills out a web form, they are unable to fill it out again?  (Without having to 'deactivate' the form because I still want it open for others to respond.)

There currently isn't a way to prevent someone from filling out a web form multiple times. When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request to let our product team know that you'd like to see this feature added in a future version of Smartsheet.
