Move or Copy under Alerts and Actons

I need to set a rule under Alerts and Actions that if a cell is changed to "Complete", move the entire row to another sheet. And if a cell in a row contains "Accepted" copy the whole row to another sheet.

How is this done? If this feature is not available now, please include it asap

The easy way is a third party tool like Zapier (www.zapier.com)

There is no way using the Smartsheet UI.
