Does anyone have a template they'd be willing to share that tracks renewal dates and required notice dates and term length, etc., for customer agreements?  Perhaps something that would calculate the date on which notice is required, for instance, if the term is one year and the agreement auto-renews unless 60 days' notice of termination is given. Stuff like that. 

Can you post a link or attach a template?

Hi Reb—

Try starting with the Customer Order Tracking & History template.

Open Smartsheet, navigate to your Home tab and click Create new > Browse templates to find this template.

It includes Invoice dates that use formulas which add 30 days to the date. You can modify those formulas to something like:

=DATE(YEAR([Ship Date]4) + 1, MONTH([Ship Date]4), DAY([Ship Date]4)) - 60

Then create reminders based on the Invoice date from that template. (You can also change the column name to something that makes more sense.)
