FS date calculation issue

I have the following calculated task dates in a gantt chart:

Task no.   Duration     Early start        Early Finish       Dependency

22            60d            1-Feb-2021      23-Apr-2021

23            60d            29-Jan-2024    19-Apr-2024       22FS+720d

(See attached screenshot) Task #23 is supposed to start 720d after #22 has finished. But if you manually check the number of days between Task #22 finish and Task #23 start, it is over 1000d - nothing like the 720d. Any idea of the logic? I use calendar days for my durations and lags; only Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days.

When inputting it as x number of days, Smartsheet calculates that as working days. Try using weeks instead and see if that works for you.

Thanks for your suggestion. Entering durations in weeks did not help. What would be useful is for one to be able to choose from entering durations in either calendar days or working days. For projects that span several years, it is far more practical to quote durations in calendar days. Furthermore, in the construction industry, there are activities that take place 24/7 and the concept of working days is virtually meaningless. Management relate more readily to calendar days.

If Calendar days works more appropriately for your particular situation, would you be able to include Saturday and Sunday as working days, or would that throw other things off?
