Is there a plug-in type app for critical chain or theory of constraints? I have used MS Project with ProChain and like the fever charts and buffer provided based on focused and low risk inputs.

Hi, I've watched number of training videos, specifically to set up PMO. I followed the instructions to download a template set, but it always adds it to a workspace, not the sheets folder. In fact if i download anything it adds it to a workspace, not sheets folder. What am I doing wrong?
I've been having this issue any time I try and access a sheet. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps but still incurring the error. I haven't seen much about this in the forums and Smartsheet support is taking a while getting back to me (6 days now), so hoping someone may be able to help me here.
