Andrée, is it so that even with Dynamic View you still can't share specific rows within a Sheet?

No, it's not!

It's possible to set up Dynamic View, so it only shows one row.

How would you like to use it? What's your use case?

Ideally I would share a number of rows with specific and only specific collaborators, for example, via assigning the raw to them via inserting their emails in the "Assign to" column. Is this possible?

Yes, and that's a perfect use case for Dynamic View, but maybe you don't need it.

Why do you think you need it? Can you explain the use case in more detail?

The idea is to have different outsider teams working on different sections of the project / sheet without anyone having full view of the whole thing. So I could share front-end developers only related rows, then Legal partner Lawyers could take care of the Legal stuff without viewing what back-end is been assigned to do.

Dynamic View would be an excellent solution, but it might be possible to structure it without, but I would need more information to be able to say if that's the case.

How can Dynamic View help us? And, in any case, what more information do you need? 

We basically need to be able to share specific rows with people who will not see anything else but what is been selected to share with them. Does this makes sense?
