Mobile App for entering data into SmartSheets...

hi.

Is there any mobile app which acts as WebForm for filling up smartsheets?

i m looking for a solution in which my team members can enter data from their mobile app - which goes into smartsheet... just like Webform - but without going to that URL of webform...

We are trying to track our Sales Leads - by asking sales team to fill up some Inquiry Form.

Data from this inquiry form goes to Smartsheet - ultimately making a report of all sales leads generated....

You can easily create and design a webform that will populate a SmartSheet tab. You can place a link on your mobile devices and your employees or clients can easily fill out your webofrm and provide the information you need. Click on the Web Forms button on the bottom of the tab you would like the information to be stored and get creative. Web forms will do exactly what you are looking for... apart from webforms you could use the Smartsheet app to add data to a sheet.

If you want it to be easier for users to get to a web form on mobile, you could create a bookmark for the form and add it to their phones home screen. All they need to do, is click the icon and they will be brought to the web form.

If your sales guys want to use the Mobile app and add sales leads directly into the Lead Register, then they just need to be Editors, Favourite the sheet so they find it at the top of the page when they open the App. Click the Plus + sign for a new Row and what looks like a form appears onscreen for completion.

If doing that ,or saving a webform link to their home page on their phone doesnt work, can you say why not, so one of us can advise you accordingly?
