I successfully created a template in DocuSign, used the Autofill-Tabs feature. I can see the fields being populated in the Preview, however when it is emailed out for a signature all the fields go blank. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

I keep getting this Smartsheet Data Shuttle message, "The workflow has been executed with an error. The resource you are attempting to access is locked" I am not in the sheet. Why? I am the owner of these worksheets. What do I need to do to resolve? Sometimes the error resolves itself though.
