Moving Uploads from a Sheet to Google Drive

We would really need a feature that allows us to move uploaded files from Smartsheet to Google Drive and have a link to this file in Smartsheet instead.

 

If Smartsheet is not offering such a functionality might it be possible to find a thirdparty app that offers this?

 

Any idea would be appreciated.

probably worth reviewing the workflow first to see if there is an really simple solution but if not we can help you set up an automatic process that will follow rules ypu lay down.

Do you have a lot of files? You can bulk download attachments, then upload them to Google Drive, then link them back to the sheet.

Will give the bulk download a try. Will need some way to remember which files have already been downloaded though.
