Calculating a percent

Hello,

I am struggling to calculate the % complete based upon Target Savings / Realized Savings. I am trying to track the % complete of task based upon how much of our target savings we have realized.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hello,

I have attached a screen shot of the columns in question. The task name represents the metric we are trying to track. The Target Metric column is the $ amount or number we hope to achieve. The Realized metric is where we would track amount to date. For example, a target is to save 500k. For that month we realized 25,000. In the percent complete, we'd like to have the % complete be based off how much we have realized in comparison with the target and display as a %.

I'm not sure what formula could be used to achieve this.

I figured it out. It is as simple as dividing Realized/Target in the percent complete column.
