Live data in smartsheet

Trying to pull data out of our ERP (epicor) probably .csv format and keep it continuously updated to avoid manual data entry as much as possible. any ideas about how to do this? i am trying to use the data uploader but keep getting this error message.

Have you looked at the Live Data Connector? https://www.smartsheet.com/apps/smartsheet-odbc

This could be another option: https://www.commercient.com/IoTPulseApp/epicor-10/integration/smartsheet/

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
