Project Dashboard Generator

I am trying to develop a dashboard generator so that I don't have to recreate every report I use in our dashboards each time we have a new project.  I would like to be able to select the project number in one location and have all the reports reference that project number to pull data from their respective sources, then these reports would populate the project specific dashboard.  Any thoughts on how to make that happen?

I currently have the data for our company structured so that there is a sheet for each type of data and that sheet contains that type of data for all project (not a sheet per project).  For example, all issues are tracked in one sheet which can be filtered by project number; all submittals are tracked in another sheet which can be filtered by project.
