Send Update Requests to All Past Due Tasks

I am looking to send a set Update Request to everyone on a project that has an assigned task that shows the Start Date in the past. I further would like it to group all their tasks so they don't get 10 emails if they have 10 past due tasks. Any advice?

You should be able to set the condition of when the start date is in the past. You can also select to send to specific people listed in the contact column. See screenshots below.
