Recurring Workflows - configure a workflow with a time-based trigger

To get started quickly please see the steps in the following article: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2479396-ensure-continuous-project-execution-with-recurring-automation

If you have suggestions or other feedback for the team who builds these capabilities, please use the "Please provide feedback" link on the Automation / "Manage Workflows dialog inside of the app.

Thanks Andree, unfortunately this isn't what I thought it would be. My fault for confusing 'workflows' with 'tasks'. 

What I really would like Smartsheet to do is have the ability to create recurring tasks on a project. At the moment this isn't possible and you have to create a new task line every time. For example, I have a project with a stakeholder meeting every 2 weeks. The project is 6 months long so I have to create 24 lines to show this on the gantt chart. It just doesn't seem sensible.

Is scheduling reoccurring tasks still not possible with smart sheet ?

example I want to post a work schedule every Monday and would like that tasks to re appear like it does with plan plus online.

It might be possible to structure a solution that would copy the row(s) from another sheet or with the help of a third-party service like Zapier.

Would that work?

Yes! You can set your trigger to be based on a date/time. Here's the Help Article that goes through this feature: Create a Time-Based Automated Workflow

You can click on "Run Once" and change the workflow to be custom, such as "every Monday".
