How to make a "Tasks by Status" Widget on Dashboard

Anyone have a clue how to make this Tasks by Status Widget on a Dashboard? Is this made using a report or is it just a widget?

My goal is to list how many Tasks are on a report that are green, yellow, and red in the same exact format shown.

Hi,

It's made with the metric widget, and it's probably linked from the main sheet or collected and linked from a so-called Metric or Master Sheet.

In the following image is the kind of "Tasks by Status" Widget on Dashboard that is available on a Template for Default locations, but is not available for Europe. Can you help me explaining the logic behind it so I can replicate it in another dashboard?
