Smartsheet issues on 2/22/16

Is anyone else having issues with Smartsheet today?

 

I am having difficulites logging in, some sheets are missing the Harvey Ball graphics, the "+" are not showing up on my parent tasks so I cannot view the child task and date columns are not providing the little calendar popup.

 

I know my Smartsheet said that it would take longer to log in due to a feature upgrade. But is anyone else having these issues? Multiple people in my company are contacting me for help.

Some of the people at my company cannot login. I don't seem to be experiencing the other issues you mentioned.

Hi guys, check out the status page at http://status.smartsheet.com/ - I would suggest having someone sign up for the automatic updates so there's one person on your team notified whenever there's something wrong. Has really helped for us!

Thanks Jaye! Shortly after I posted my message, I discovered the status page.

 

I have signed up for the alerts.

Hi everyone - yes there are currently issues affecting a small number of users. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. As Jaye suggested, the Status page is the best source for information on the status of the app.

My Smartsheet loaded but the Web forms did not. And when I clicked on a previously saved link to the web form, it did not recognize the link at all. Thank you for posting the link to the status page (I've signed up as well). I'm hoping when the issue is resolved, my web form link will work again.

One of our users is not able to setup update requests.

Travis, as of right now, I am having no issues with Smartsheet. My co-workers are also able to use Smartsheet with no issues now.
