Can one web form populate different sheets
Comments

Jay,
One - No. one web form cannot populate different sheets, but a sheet can have more than one webform. I haven't heard of a limit. One idea would be to use a report to capture the data from the other sheet for the another team to review. I don't see think cell linking would work since the data won't exist until the webform is populated and submitted.
Two - webforms CAN assigned a unique ID#. Setup an column with Auto-number properties and each time a row is added to the sheet, the cell will be autopopulated with a unique ID. I use this for a Help Desk Trouble ticket system and have SS assigned a Ticket #. My populates with ###-MM/DD. Actually you can populate one sheet using a web form and them populate the additional sheet(s) using zapier. See recent webinar with Erin harlin from smartsheet on you tube about automating smartsheet

Here is the YouTube video on using Zapier to automate your work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adyrvA-bZfs

Another possibility is using AppSheet as a companion to your webform. You can link more than one sheet to AppSheet, which is also compatible with SmartSheet. It has the added benefit of being able to be used on mobile devices.

Before I dig into Zapier or Appsheet, I was wondering if there is a more recent way to do this?
I have three sheets. One has the web form. Once a new submission arrives, I then go in and move it to the appropriate sheet. I don't want to create multiple forms, because the only difference is one selection.
I don't mind have the form info on one sheet and then copied, linked, moved to the other sheets.
I thought about using one form with two separate reports, but the other 2 sheets have more info than the first sheet, so it won't work.
Thank you
