Customizing Gantt Charts

I am brand new to SmartSheet and my team is primarily interested in finding a Gantt Chart / Timeline maker. I'm hoping the community can help me figure out the following:

1. Is it possible to make the gantt ribbons flat, without arrows?
2. Is it possible to show the task name on the ribbons?
3. Is it possible to make the ribbons thicker?
4. Can we pick custom colors for the ribbons? Are there multiple styles to choose from, maybe? If so, how do I access those?

   Which arrows do you mean?
2. Is it possible to show the task name on the ribbons?
   
   Unfortunately, it's not possible.  Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
3. Is it possible to make the ribbons thicker?
   
   Unfortunately, it's not possible. Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

   Yes, it is. There are two ways. Either thru right-clicking on the bar or thru conditional formatting.
