Clone Workspace with link

Hello, 

I was going through the Smartsheet Academy and saw a page where SS displayed a link and if you select it, it would automatically clone a work space for you without having to manually clone. 

I'm currently making a dashboard depository of our workspaces we would like all employees to use as templates for projects to stay consistent and was curious to know if this function is available to smartsheet users.
