How do I give an outside user access to ONE row of a spreadsheet?
Here is the deal. I run a wedding video studio. I just made a smartsheet questionnaire (form) to have all of our videographers answer from the smartsheet app on their phones at the end of the shoot to inform the editors of anything they need to know about, etc. One of the questions asks them to upload photos they took from their phone during the shoot. I need to transfer all of answers to the questions (AND the links to these photos) to both the video editor and the person that does our social media but I don't want to give them access to the entire spreadsheet which will have several events on it. I just need to give them access to the ONE ROW (particular project aka wedding) that pertains to them. How can i do this? Do I need to physically go in and assign the cells to a separate spreadsheet and then send that? TIA!

Hi Julie,
It depends!
Do they only need to get the information and download the pictures? If yes, you could send them an alert with the information and links to the files.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic weekend!
