Cannot log in to iOS app on iPad
I get the attached error when attempting to use my email address to log in to the iOS app on an iPad via my work SmartSheet account.
I have no trouble using it to log in via browser either on the iPad (accessed my account in both Chrome and Firefox) or on my PC.
Please advise and thanks in advance!
