Card View multiple perspectives

The Card View is awesome, creates verticle swimlanes for each value in a drop-down field. 

 

I'm wondering if there is a way to add a second perspective to the Card View from a second drop-down field. The secondary values would render as horizontal sections. 

 

For example, the verticle swimlanes might be departments, but the horizontal sections would be status. Another example (from demo video) would have verticle swimlanes for each customer, but a horizontal section for eact state (Pending, Design, Manufacturing, Ready to Ship, etc).

This would be an awesome feature! We would love to separate our Agile scrum board vertically by status (Backlog/In Progress/Done) and Horizontally by User Story or Application (having individual tasks as the cards)

This would be a killer feature for me. 

So many things I want to do with product roadmap planning would be helped if I would segment the card view by vertical and horizontal swim lanes.  Until then, I need to use Google Slides to convey this segmentation which isn't nearly as good.

I'm in.  Everyone is doing vertical columns, but horizontal swimlanes give better control over the visuals and only a few web kanban tools are doing this now.

All, any idea if the horizontal swim lane is on a development roadmap for smart sheet?

Vertical and Horizontal swim lanes would make using the card view as a true board so much easier!

I cannot upvote this idea enough.  We service several unrelated departments and separating them horizontally would bring a ton of benefit.

Horizontal Swim lanes will provide an even more flexible way to work on our projects.

Is there any plan to include it in Smartsheet roadmap , and by when?
