Hello,
I created a draft version of a workspace, now I need to transfer it to a licensed user and I get:
"You have exceeded the maximum number of emails that your account can send"
How can I get this fixed????
Thanks
Karen
Hi Karen,
Check the limits here: https://www.smartsheet.com/legal/limits-policy
If that's not the reason, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team. Smartsheet Support Team
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Thanks Andrée.
Does that mean that tomorrow I will be able to transfer the ownership of the sheet?
Thanks again.
Happy to help!
Yes, but it depends on your account, and if it's a trial account, there is a total limit of how many emails can be sent.
Which account do you have?
It is a trial account. But now we have got a licensed user and I need to transfer him the ownership of the sheets we created as drafts.
Have you tried it today? How many emails do you think you've sent with the trial account?
I did try. And it does not let me share it
I sent a lot of emails as we built the draft version. It is a workflow sheet I am building and I had no idea there was a limit.
Do you know if I have a chance of just transffering the ownership to another licensed user and not loosing all the work done?
Thanks a lot.
Ok.
I don't think you can transfer the ownership. I'd recommend waiting and trying tomorrow or contacting Smartsheet support.
Let me know how it goes!
I'd like to create an automation that does two things. Trigger: When rows are added or changed I want the following two items to happen. Record a date in the column "Completed". Set to today. Move row to sheet called "Completed Jobs" Please let me know if there is a way to do this using conditions?? If so, please give me…
a PM asked me to look at his schedule because one of his predecessor cells had #REF. We can't figure out why this is happening because he references line 176 in other cells in the column. When I went and looked at the schedule on my computer, the #REF error moved to a totally different cell and I don't see it in the same…
Still looking for documentation, but I am curious about the limitations with the dropdown linking in Table View. Does a person need to have access to the dropdown source sheet in order for the dropdowns to populate on the Table sheet?
