Is there a way to see the metrics of how often a Smartsheet user uses the app? I have the sysadmin user report where it shows last login, but that does not identify the heavy users.
Hi Felicia-- We don't currently offer the ability to view usage statistics or overall Smartsheet activity but I've added your vote for this to our enhancement request list!

And, it would be nice to also see the user sheet access info without downloading a file. The file always has the same name, so it becomes "smartsheet_user_sheet_access20160805 (n)", and it's hard to remember n=4 for john smith and n=5 for mary smith, etc a few days later.
