Voting on a Worksheet

I have a sheet that are shared with a group of 25 members, which contains multiple line items that we are currently collaborating on. The purpose of this sheet is to collect the items and publish a requirements document. Part of the collaboration effort is to get all users to cast their votes against each line item so we have a tally of which line items would be included and which would be excluded from the final document.

Is there functionality to setup voting, for each line item, per member? Also, that other members would not be able to manipulate the votes?

What are the voting specifics? 1/0, yes/no or 1-5.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
