Enhancement Request: Sending completion email of a backup job to several people or groups
In the setup process of a backup one can direct Smartsheet to send an automated email when the job is done, so the backup can be downloaded and archived. The email addresse is fixed/pre-configured to the owner of the workspace.
It would be great, if one could choose more than one person or even better a self configured group of users in order to ensure the archive job is done even in case of vacations or longer absence/illness of the owner.

Easy workaround...(assuming you're using google). Create a filter to forward that email to a google group, which in turn has the rest of the emails you want.

you're right, filters/rules in the email application would work!
But these mail filters are often managed by other departments or individuals forget to set them up...
So, in general it's better to handle it by the admins of the application in the application, therefore my request for enhancement ;-)
