Do we have substitute to these symbol in Smartsheet or how we can use these function in Smartsheet

i have build this formula in excel and its working fine, but i am getting error in smartsheet

 

IF(K$1>MONTH($B$3)+$A27,IF(SUM($C25:$N25)=0,0,(K25/SUMIF($C$1:$N$1,">"&MONTH($B$3)+$A27,$C25:$N25)*($P27-SUMIF($C$1:$N$1,"<"&MONTH($B$3)+$A27+1,$C27:$N27)))),K26)
