I have a form where my customer can request certification documentation. The form logs in a Smartsheet for tracking requests. The automation sends an update alert out to my team, requesting a response. When they respond to the update alert, they can attach a file.
What I would like is for the attachment to be added to the Tracking Request Sheet, as well as the Certification Library sheet.
Lastly, when my team attaches the document, I want the automation to send off an email to the person that made the request. I have a cell that captures their email address.
Any of this possible?
