Card View Conversations

What am i missing, Card view is a superb feature of SS and starting to use lots, however when you add a task or subtask there is not an option to start a conversation, you have to go back to grid view for this.

 

further more where there is a conversation in grid view the conversation box comes up when you open in card view but no text. You can add to the conversation in card view, however it will add to the grid view but the conversation will not be in there when you go back into the card view

Hello, 

I've partnered with our Support team to determine whether or not this is expected behavior. I tested this on my end and found that when a new card is created, the Comments icon isn't visible. As a temporary solution, you could consider selecting the Attachment icon to open the conversations panel when creating a new card. 

However, I wasn't able to replicate the latter behavior. When a comment is added in Card View, it's visible when switching to Grid View, and vice versa. 

If you're not already, I'd recommend working with our Support team on this so they can troubleshoot with you.

Thank you for your patience! This behavior has now been fixed. The conversations panel will open when creating a new card.
