Form not showing up in list of sheets- but link works

Hello,

I created a form for people to confirm they've read my info. Sent the link to the form. The link works for me, I've received confirmation that I've used the form. But when I log into my account, the form does not show up on the list of sheets, nor is it located in the "manage forms" section. How is it possible that the link to the form works if I can't see the form in my account?

    Hi Lois,

Have you clicked the Manage Forms in under the Forms section? Is it empty?

    I hope that helps!

    Have a fantastic day!

The form would be attached to a sheet. You would need to locate the sheet that the form is populating.

  • I am having the same problem... I created the form, mapped it to my fillable pdf, saved it. It is attached to a sheet, but when I go to manage forms to get the link to share - the form is nowhere to be found. I can generate a hard copy of the form from test data in the sheet but have no link to share? Not sure where it went. This function was working properly last week.

Would you mind clarifying your process? It sounds like you set up a Form on a Sheet to populate data into a Row, and then you use Document Builder to generate a PDF. Is this correct?

If so, the form link can be found under Forms > Manage Forms:

Then click the three dots next to the form you created:

Let me know if I've misunderstood what you're looking to do!

    Cheers,
