Exporting only parts of SmartSheet to Excel

I have 5 project phases 1 thru 5.

Each phase has the same deliverables.

I have a Smartsheet with the list of deliverables for all phases numbered e.g. 1.01 for phase 1, 2.01 for phase 2..... 5.01 for phase 5. See attached example.

I want to export to Excel only all the deliverable for a specific phase e.g. 2.01, 2.02, 2.03.......

I know I can do that by hiding rows of the deliverables I don't want to export.

Is there a better way to select only the deliverable for a specific phase and then export?
