Need help with COUNTIF and #UNPARSEABLE error

I want to make a simple dashboard pie chart.  I have a pipeline worksheet and I am setting up the COUNTIF formula but I keep getting the #UNPARSEABLE error.  see the two screenshots.

I looked up the smartsheet error page and it gives some insites but I think I have all the pieces.

Any suggestions on what is missing?

the values@row should be [Primary Column]@row unless you change the name of the Primary Column to values. There does not appear to be a column named values in your sheet.

You should also check the {Marketing Pipeline Test Range 9} bu clicking on it and selected Edit Reference. Sometimes the reference is not attached to the range especially if you pasted from another sheet. Not likely but work checking if the first option does not work.
