Web Form not populating data on sheet

I have created a web form that populates the data onto a sheet. Its similar to a web form and sheet I have already created. I have tested with a few users and the data comes through fine. 2 other users have submitted a web form but the info is not populating. I have the feature set where all new entries populate on the top and still no luck. What am I doing wrong. My other sheet with a similar web form works just fine.
