I am wanting to create some order form for my company, but i cant seem to be able to create a section where they are able to put in more than one product at a time. What colunm type would i use?
Simply use the new Drop Down (Multi-Select) Column Type to make this work. This was a new enhancement announced during Engage '19, and it works wonderfully.
To add to Deanna's excellent advice.
Another option could be to use forms. One form for the primary information, and after it's submitted another form opens up where you can add each product. (the product form reloads after each submission)

What about a stationary order form?
The multi option wont work as i dont have a list. (or want to create one)
If the form refreshes is that a little cumbersome? But i will give this a go and see how the office handles it.

There are several options.
The form refresh is almost instant so that shouldn't be an issue.
