Smartsheet Jira integration not pulling all items in Query.

Hi, I have a query that is looking for all Stories in about 25 epics. In addition I have pulling the 25 Epics via there IDs. I am only getting a some of the rows to come to Smartsheet. I am only pulling to SmartSheet nothing is pushing back.

At times I get the following Error "Unable to parse ''{0}'' as a datetime."

Can you help?

I have verified the query in JIRA and it works without issues.

Andree, you misunderstood. My JIRA query works fine. But Smartsheets is still having an issue. Worded poorly on my part.
